What we do, what you do, and where the line is

1. Who these terms are with

These terms form an agreement between you and m3ek ("we"). By creating an account or using the workbench you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

m3ek has two parts:

• a website, which holds your account, your plan, and the download;
• a workbench, which you install and run on your own computer. It reads public Reddit content, classifies community rules, drafts replies for you to review, and checks whether a comment you posted is still visible to others. Anything it shows you is linked back to its page on Reddit.

The workbench has no ability to post, vote, message, or create an account on Reddit, and we will not add one. We access Reddit by the methods Reddit permits for this purpose, and we will change how we do it if Reddit asks us to.

3. Your licence

Subject to these terms and to payment where a plan requires it, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbench for your own business or your employer's. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or run it as a service for third parties without our written agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

These are the obligations that actually matter in practice:

1. Reddit's terms are yours to keep. Your use of Reddit is governed by Reddit's User Agreement and by the rules of each community. Nothing this tool reports is permission to break either.
2. You post; we do not. Every submission to Reddit is made by you, from your own browser or account, after your own review.
3. A draft is not a verdict. The tool classifies posted rules mechanically and tells you when it does not know. "Unknown" means read the rules yourself.
4. Do not use it to spam. Volume posting, repetitive promotional replies, vote manipulation, ban evasion, or operating multiple accounts to appear as several people are all outside this licence.
5. Do not redistribute what it collects. Reddit content you read through the tool is Reddit's and its users'. Do not resell it or build a public dataset from it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that uses the service for any of the above.

5. No affiliation with Reddit

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. "Reddit" and the community names shown in the product are used to identify public forums and remain the property of their owners.

6. Model output

Drafts, classifications, scores and citation reports are produced with the help of language models and are provided as is. They can be wrong. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. You review every draft before it goes anywhere.

7. Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. We do not take payments yet, and nothing on this site charges anyone. When paid plans open we will name the payment processor here before the first charge, and prices will be shown at checkout. A subscription then renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period and the service remains available until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where a plan includes model access on our infrastructure, that access is metered and subject to the quotas shown on your account. Quotas exist because the underlying calls cost us money per request; we will give notice before reducing a quota on an existing plan.

8. Availability and change

The website may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The workbench runs locally and continues to work while the website is down, except for features that check your plan; those fall back to your last confirmed entitlement for a reasonable grace period.

We may change the service. If a change removes a feature you are paying for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Termination

You can stop at any time and delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may terminate an account for breach of section 4, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for any action taken against your Reddit account, including removal of content, restriction, or a ban. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

This limit is deliberate and it reflects how the product works: the tool tells you what the rules say and hands you a draft, and you decide what to post.
